Henkilötietojen käsittelyn tarkoitus
Rekisterissä ylläpidetään asiakkaiden yhteystietoja. Yhteystietoja käytetään asiakkaan laskutukseen sekä tiedottamiseen toimeksiannon aikana. Emme käytä yhteystietoja suoramarkkinointiin ilman asiakkaan suostumusta. Ala-ikäisten kohdalla pyydämme myös huoltajan yhteystiedot, jolloin tiedotus kulkee myös huoltajalle.
Rekisterin tietosisältö
Asiakasrekisteri pitää sisällään aina asiakkaan nimen, sähköpostin, osoitteen sekä puhelinnumeron. Ilmoittautumisen yhteydessä kerätään myös ala ikäisten huoltajien yhteystiedot tiedottamista ja laskutusta varten.
Tietojen säilytysaika
Säilytämme asiakastiedot asiakassuhteen ajan ja 5-vuoden ajan sen jälkeen.
Tietolähteet
Tietoja saadaan asiakkailta itseltään asiakassuhteen aikana. Ala-ikäisten huoltajien tiedot saadaan heiltä itseltään ilmoittautumisen yhteydessä. Tiedot kerätään Tanssistudio Fokukselle Hobiver ajanvarausjärjestelmän kautta, jossa tiedot myös pidetään.the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.
Tietojen luovuttaminen
Emme luovuta mitään asiakastietoja yrityksen ulkopuolelle ilman asiakkaan erillistä lupaa. Emme luovuta tai siirrä asiakastietoja EU:n tai ETA:n ulkopuolelle.
Rekisterin suojauksen periaatteet
Asiakastiedot ovat tallennettuna järjestelmissä, jotka on suojattu asianmukaisesti. Ainoastaan Tanssistudio Fokuksen yrityksen sisällä toimivat henkilöt saavat käyttää asiakasrekisteriä.
Rekisteröidyn oikeudet
Rekisteröidyllä on oikeus pyytää rekisterinpitäjältä pääsy häntä koskeviin henkilötietoihin. Rekisteröidyllä on oikeus pyytää kyseisten tietojen oikaisemista, poistamista, käsittelyn rajoittamista tai vastustaa käsittelyä sekä oikeutta siirtää tiedot järjestelmästä toiseen. Asiakas voi halutessaan lähettää kirjallisen pyynnön sähköpostiin info@fokusdance.fi halutessaan tarkistaa hänestä olevat tiedot rekisterissämme. Asiakas voi pyytää poistamaan kaikki tiedot näin halutessaan.

Purpose of personal data processing
Our register keeps customers contact informations. We use contact infromations for invoicing and for informing during the customer relationship. We do not use the contact informations for direct marketing without the customers’ promise. When under age stundents are signing in we ask also the parents contact informations for invoicing and for informing.
Infromation content of the register
Our customer register includes customers’ name, email, billing address, phone number and the date of birth.
Data retention period
We keep the customer data during the customer relationship and five yars after that.
Data sources
We collect the customer informations from the customer itself when the customer makes their sign up. We collect the informations through Hobiver appointment system and we keep the informations in Hobiver.
Hand over the information
We do not hand over any customer data to outside of the company without permission of the customer. We don’t hand over or transfer the informations outside of EU or ETA.
Principles of registry protection
Customer informations are saved in Hobiver system that has been secured properly. Only workers inside the company have the right to use the customer informations.
Data subject’s rights
Customer has the right to ask to access their own contact informations. Customer has the right to ask to correct or delete their customer data. Customer can also resist the infromation transfer from one system to another.
Customer can send a request to email info@fokusdance.fi in writing if they want to check their customer infrormation. Customer can ask to delete all the infromation.
